Activate my token

You need to activate your token to securely sign on. To activate it, complete the following steps.

  1. Token information
  2. Token number
  3. Create PVQs
  4. Create PIN
  5. Confirmation

Step 1 - Token information

Enter user ID

You can find your user ID in your welcome letter.

Enter activation code

Check your email for the token activation code.

Enter token serial number

Activation Token If you have a hardware token, you’ll find the serial number on the back.

If you have a software token, you’ll find the serial number in the information section of the RSA SecurID® Software Token app.
